I don't like hotels. I don't know if anyone does, or why they would, but even if they do, I don't like them. Not even the nice ones. And we just happen to be at a very nice one. A resort, actually, with an indoor water park, a movie theater, a theme park, and goodness knows what else. Graham is here for a business conference, and after an early breakfast, I said goodbye to him and came back to our room, where I've been ever since. I suppose I could go out and try my hand at exploring, but it took me 20 minutes to find my room last time, and I knew where I was going. I like exploring, mind you, but I prefer exploring outdoor photographical things, like gardens and forests and waterfalls. Having to wander a building simply because one is looking for her room is not exploration, it's exasperation.
Anyway.
I periodically check Craigslist in the free section and musical instruments section because I'd really like to have a piano and I also really would prefer to not spend much (if any) money on it. I've never seen a listing for one in the free section (though, admittedly, I don't check ALL that often) and all the ones I've seen under the musical instruments section have been, in a word, pricey. I mean seriously, if you don't want your piano, at least be reasonable enough to make it affordable to someone who would love and cherish it all it's natural days. Ahem. So anyway, I was looking on there yesterday and I found two that were reasonably priced, so I sent out some e-mails and now we're going to look at it on Saturday. Fortunately for me, my brother-in-law knows how to rebuild piano's (among other things) and he's agreed to go with us to look at it. I'm hoping it's in as good condition as they claim, because I would very much like to have it.
Teh End.
